Products and pricing

We make reasonable efforts to keep descriptions, images, availability and pricing accurate. Product colours and appearance may vary by screen. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and applicable taxes will be handled as displayed during checkout.

Orders and payment

An order is accepted only after successful payment authorisation and confirmation by CYCLIFY INDIA. We may cancel or contact you regarding orders affected by stock errors, incorrect information, suspected fraud or circumstances beyond our control. Any eligible reversal will be processed through the original payment method.

Delivery, exchanges and cancellations

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. Eligible exchange requests are governed by our 7-Day Exchange Policy. Orders already dispatched may not be cancellable.

Account responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in method secure and for providing correct contact, billing and delivery information. You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access or submit unlawful content.
