Delivery coverage and cost

CYCLIFY INDIA provides free standard delivery to serviceable addresses across India unless a different charge is clearly shown before payment.

Processing and delivery estimate

Orders are normally processed after payment confirmation. Our standard estimated delivery time is 3–6 business days. Remote locations, oversized products, supplier-dispatched products, public holidays, severe weather or courier disruptions may require additional time.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it will be shared through the customer account or supplied contact details. Courier scans can take time to appear after dispatch.

Address accuracy

Customers must provide a complete serviceable address, correct PIN code and reachable phone number. Contact us promptly if a correction is needed; changes may not be possible after dispatch. Re-delivery costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged where applicable.

Damaged, missing or incorrect shipments

Inspect the parcel at delivery and record one continuous unboxing video before opening the sealed package. Report transit damage, missing items or an incorrect product within seven days in accordance with our Exchange Policy.
