Products purchased from Cyclify India may be requested for exchange within seven days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Exchange eligibility

The exchange request must be raised within seven days of delivery.
The product must be unused and returned with its original box, tags, accessories, manuals and supplied items.
Damage caused after delivery, misuse, incorrect installation, wear or alteration is not eligible for exchange.
All exchange requests are subject to verification and product inspection by Cyclify India.

Mandatory unboxing video

A clear, continuous unboxing video is required for claims involving transit damage, a wrong product, missing items or a product received in a defective condition. The recording must begin before the shipping package is opened and must clearly show the sealed package, shipping label, complete opening process, product and reported issue.

Important: Edited, paused, incomplete or post-unboxing recordings may not be accepted as evidence for a damage, wrong-item or missing-item claim.

Exchange process

Contact Cyclify with your order information, reason for exchange and unboxing video. After verification, Cyclify will provide the next steps for inspection and replacement. This policy provides an exchange and does not promise a cash refund.

Warranty

Manufacturer or seller warranty terms are separate from this exchange policy. Warranty details will be displayed on applicable product pages when available.
